can be used in automatic solar module production line, keep the joint of aluminium frame 90 degree angle tighten and seamless.

Applied Range: Adapt to framing up various materials in the automatic solar module production line, like silicone rubber and gummed strip.

 

Note: Solar modules go in and out the machine longitudinally. The aluminium alloy frame injected with glues are adopted.The indices are adopted to connect the 90° corners of the aluminium profile. The indices of the short sides have already been installed and the pit for installing the indices of the long sides have already been punched. Modules should be transported into the framing machine with glass-downwards.

Perform Accuracy:	Difference between the opposite sides within ±1mm;
	Difference between the diagonal sides  within 1.5mm;
	Difference between the four angles within ±0.5degree;
